DAILY PLAN:

Morning routine: Wake up and write for 33 minutes, take 6 minutes break (squats, pushups, jumps), then deep write 33 minutes for the 2nd time.

Afternoon routine: Run, walk, hike fro 33 minutes, take 6 minute break for meditation, continue with body-weight training for 33 minutes.

Evening routine: Read a book or listen to a podcast for 33 minutes, then take 6 minute break to invite 6 people into your book project, continue with 33 minutes reading or listening.

Build an Open-book project where people can share their wisdom and express their deepest fears and regrets
